Our equality objectives:
To narrow any gaps in attainment and progress that may have arisen between groups of pupils within the school’s community by ensuring that all groups and individuals have their needs fully met in order to achieve good progress or better.
To promote spiritual, moral, social and cultural understanding through appropriate curricular opportunities with particular reference to equality and diversity and upholding British Values.
The objectives were reviewed in May 2017. The impact of these are:
Attainment above average, children make at least expected progress
Participation in trips, visits and extra-curricular activities exceptionally high
Parental involvement exceptionally high
Very high attendance rates, above the national average
Parent and pupil surveys reflect equality duty working well
